Transferring your
Jet-Tech
software

Then follow the instructions below
 
If you do not wish to save your data and your old computer is working, you can transfer your Jet-Tech software and license to another computer by following the transfer instructions for your product from the list below
  
 
 
 

Important!

 
Jet-Tech software is sold to run on a single computer so cannot be installed on multiple machines.  However you can transfer your Jet-Tech software to another computer - for example, if you have purchased a new laptop.
 
If you have purchased a new computer and wish to transfer your Jet-Tech software to it, please note the following:
 
NB. Re-installation and/or transfer of Jet-Tech will delete all your saved records and settings. Please do not attempt to transfer your software until you have read the following information and instructions!
 
 
If your old computer is dead and will not start, please contact us.
 
 
If your old computer is working:
 
Jet-Tech Motorsport offer a Data Transfer Service to save all your records so they can be transferred to a new computer. This must be done BEFORE you un-install the program from your existing computer. There is a nominal charge for this service.
 
If you would like to take advantage of the Data Transfer Service, please order it below and then follow the instructions to locate and send us your Jet-Tech PRO BackUp file file (instructions below). Upon receipt of your BackUp file, we will complete a bespoke download for you to install on your new computer:
 
How to locate and send your Jet-Tech PRO BackUp file?

 

This file is located in a folder on your Windows Desktop called "JetTech BackUp". Open the folder and right-click (using your right-hand mouse button) on the latest of the two files. From the menu, select "Sent To" then "Compressed (zipped) Folder". This will create a .zip file and save it in the JetTech BackUp folder. Right-click (using your right-hand mouse button) on the .zip file. From the menu, select "Sent To" then"Mail Recipient". This will attach the file to an email which should be sent to support@rotaxjetting.com.

Please include your name in the email and quote 'License Transfer' in the email subject line.

 

NB. If you do not have a folder on your Windows Desktop called "JetTech BackUp" please update your installation to the latest version HERE
